" The property is situated on the cedars estate in Rickmansworth which is popular for it's easy walk to the town and the train station, whilst being surrounded by sought after schools. The property enjoys a carriage driveway and garage to the front leading to the entrance porch. Internally there are four bedrooms to the first floor, the master bedroom affording built in wardrobe space. The bedrooms are well serviced with a shower room and a separate bathroom.
To the ground floor the entrance porch leads into the hall with stairs to first floor landing and access to the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. A cloakroom is conveniently situated from the entrance hall. The current owner has also added a conservatory which flows onto the delightful garden and can be accessed through the 19'2x10'11 sitting room.
