" Stafford House is a distinctive and imposing property, built by the renowned local developer, David Cox of BuildRiver, approximately 7 years ago. The light and contemporary interior is well proportioned, providing over 6,500 sq ft of excellent living and entertaining space. On the ground floor the reception hall opens to all the principal rooms, with the dining room to the front. The study is fully fitted and provides excellent working space. The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped by way of an excellent range of wall and floor units with two integrated ovens, a halogen hob, coffee machine, drinks fridge, secondary fridge and American-style fridge/freezer.
