Garston is a village in Hertfordshire, more or less contiguous with Watford. It is within the Stanborough and woodside wards of Watford Borough. Watford's main out of town leisure park (woodside leisure park) is in Garston on the A405 kingsway road. It features a Vue Cinema, Hollywood bowl 10-pin bowling lane, two restaurants, Chiquito's and Frankie and Benny's and Gambado's an indoor children activity centre. Garston is home to several large secondary schools. The largest of these are Parmiter's school, St Michael's Catholic high school and Francis combe Academy all within approximately 0.5 miles of this property. Garston also has its own railway station, as well as Arriva bus Garage. Garston is within a short reach of junctions 5 and 6 of the M1 and junctions 20 and 21 of the M25 also the A41 passes through the area.
