" This modern, Georgian style property is immaculately presented and has been extended by the current owners to provide versatile family accommodation. The front door opens into a light and spacious entrance hall with the main reception room through glazed double doors to the left. This is a double aspect room with a bay window to the front and French doors to the rear terrace plus a gas fire set on a marble hearth. From the hall, another set of glazed double doors lead into the dining room, with a bay window to the front, and on to the study beyond. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and basin. An area, currently used as a morning room, leads into the utility room, plumbed for a washing machine and a tumble dryer with a range of cupboards and a useful sink. From here, the kitchen is a good size with multiple light oak fronted wall and base units with laminate work surfaces. There is a stainless steel sink, a dishwasher, space for a range cooker with a gas hob and two electric ovens plus a separate grill and warming drawer. The island unit has a breakfast bar and there is space for a large fridge/freezer. There is a door from the kitchen to the front exterior and another to the rear into a small, double glazed conservatory which in turn has a door to the rear terrace. Stairs from the hall rise to the first floor landing from where the principal bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes and a fully tiled en suite with a pumped shower over the bath, basin in a vanity unit and WC.
