" A stylish and well presented detached townhouse was constructed we believe in 1999 being one of 22 properties on this select development within approximately 0.5 miles of Watford town centre.    The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of entrance hallway, kitchen/breakfast room with French doors opening to the rear garden and garage.   On the first floor is the sitting room, bedroom 3 with Juliet balcony, bedroom 4/study and family bathroom.   On the second floor are two further bedrooms both en-suite.

Situation
Watford town centre is approximately 0.5 miles distant with its excellent selection of shops, including the Harlequin Centre. Transport facilities include the Metropolitan Line at Watford station and the Main Line to Euston from Watford Junction (approx. 20 mins on the 'faster trains'). Junctions 5 and 6 give access to the M1 and Junction 19 to the M25 connecting with the national motorway network and airports. There is a good selection of schools, both state and private, to include Watford Boys and Girls Grammar Schools, Nascot Wood Primary and York House.   Cassiobury Park has over 190 acres of open space and woodland with a range of sporting and recreational facilities.    The River Gade and the Grand Union Canal also run through the Park.
