" This attractive and characterful terrace house has been recently refurbished and offers well sized accommodation in a convenient location. Entered by a paved path to the front door, with a storm porch over, the entrance hall has a tiled floor which continues through to the kitchen. The sitting room to the front has the original parquet floor and the original fireplace. The separate dining room also has original parquet flooring and a door to the conservatory. The inner hall widens to create space for a variety of uses and there is a downstairs shower room with shower unit, basin and WC. The galley style kitchen has a range of wall and base units in a laminate finish, an electric hob with an electric oven and separate grill and an extractor fan with stainless steel hood overhead. There is a stainless steel sink, plumbing for a washerdryer and space for a tall fridgefreezer. Access to the rear terrace and garden is via both the kitchen and the conservatory. The stairs, landing and bedrooms all have new carpet. The principal bedroom is to the front with a pretty, original fireplace. A further double bedroom is to the rear and the third bedroom is a generous single. The family bathroom is fully tiled and is fitted with a bath, with overhead shower, a basin set in a vanity unit, a WC and a mirrored bathroom cabinet. Situation
Church Road is a popular location in Nascot Wood with a strong community and Watford town centre is just under a mile on foot from the property with its excellent selection of shops, including the INTU Centre. The M1 Junction 5 is approx. 2.5 miles away, as is the A41 for access to both Junctions 19 & 20 of the M25 for links to the national motorway network and airports.
