Spacious and well presented home nestled away on a quiet cul de sac, on entrance there is hallway with door to the downstairs wc and door leading to the lounge with electric fire and this opens out into the dining room and conservatory. The fully fitted kitchen opens out into the utility space which was originally part of the garage. 

To the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has en suite and is larger than average in size. There is a fourth room which could be used as a nursery or office space and a separate family bathroom. The loft access is on the landing and is fully boarded with velux window there is hive heating available. 

The gardens wrap around the property and to the rear are south westerly facing there is a pond and a lean to potting shed to the side with gate leading to the driveway and garage to the front of the property.
