DESCRIPTION
This spacious detached bungalow was built in approximately 1969 as part of a small development of similar detached properties within what was previously the formal grounds of High Legh West Hall. Redwood stands within large private established gardens and at the end of a long driveway with a high degree of privacy. The bungalow has been well maintained and extended over the years by the current owners to provide well appointed and flexible family accommodation.
LOCATION
High Legh is a desirable semi rural location, yet by no means isolated and within a short drive of Altrincham, Knutsford and Lymm centres which provide for most shopping requirements. DIRECTIONS
From the roundabout in Canute Square travel along Manchester Road (A50) passing the heath and leaving the town. After passing Cottons Hotel on your left continue through Mere to the traffic lights. Across the Chester Road (A556) signed Lymm and High Legh and after passing The Kilton public house on your right and High Legh Golf Course and High Legh garden centre on the left, turn right onto West Lane. Take your first right onto Pheasant Walk the property will be found a short way along on your left.
