DESCRIPTION
Set well back from the road on a private service road and approached over a large driveway, Broadway is a deceptive detached dormer house extending to over 2,800sq ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The flexible living space could be further enhanced by converting the attached double garage and creating extra dormers to the first floor subject to planning permission. DIRECTIONS
From the roundabout in Canute Square travel along Manchester Road (A50) passing the Heath on your left. Continue out of the town and after passing The Cottons Hotel on your left hand side, take the next right signed Manchester and the Airport, Mereside Road. Proceed to the roads' end and turn left onto Chester Road (A556). After a short distance take the next left and turn almost back on oneself onto the service road where Broadway will be seen on the right.
