Occupying an extremely central location within walking distance of Altrincham town this classic Victorian terrace property offers expansive accommodation spread over four floors. Briefly the accommodation comprises a long welcoming entrance hall, front sitting room, separate dining room, breakfast room and kitchen with outside fuel stores and wc to the rear. At first floor level are three bedrooms and a family bathroom and completing the accommodation at top floor level is a fourth bedroom.  At lower ground floor level are two large cellar chambers which provide ample potential for conversion to extra living accommodation/gymnasium/media room etc. 

Oldfield Road is characterised by a mixture of properties and this particular end of Oldfield Road offers a nice mix of period properties and is within walking distance of John Leigh Park.  The area generally is well served by amenities, Altrincham’s town centre and Metro system lies within ten to fifteen minutes walk whilst Hale with its fashionable village and restaurants lies within five to ten minutes drive.  The urban motorway network and International Airport are literally on the doorstep and sporting and recreational facilities abound.
