DESCRIPTION
This Victorian end terrace is in an extremely popular location within an excellent school catchment area for first class primary and secondary schools. It is close to local shops, Hale village and Altrincham town centre. Bowdon Cricket, Hockey and Squash Club, The Grammar Sports fitness and leisure facility and the Bollin Valley are also easily accessible. This spacious house is an ideal family home with great charm and character. The interior includes on the ground floor an entrance hall, separate living room and dining room and kitchen to the rear. Take the second left at the traffic lights onto Langham Road and continue along passing the junction with South Downs Road on the left and take the next turning on the left onto Vicarage Lane. Take the first turning on the left onto York Road. The property will be seen towards the end on the left hand side.
