House Network Ltd are pleased to offer this 3 bedroom detached house located on a corner plot in a recently built crescent by the builder David Wilson Homes.

The house is an ex-show home and is therefore fitted throughout to a very high specification with a great layout, all the rooms are very spacious. All builder fitted parts and appliances are under guarantee for five years from original purchase date. The house has double aspect frontage and is unusual in that it has windows on all sides of the house making it very light and airy.
