" A traditional 3 bedroomed semi located only a few hundred yards from Rainford Golf Course. The property though fitted with gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing is in need of general refurbishment, the cost of which is reflected in the low asking price. with open views to the rear, quite large gardens and space to provide off road parking, this property could be turned into a lovely family home! No Chain!

Ground Floor Entrance via a white UPVC door leading into the: Hall Which is heated by a twin panel radiator and leads on via a panel door into the: Lounge 14'2 x 13' (4.32m x 3.96m) This room is fitted with a modern UPVC framed double glazed window, a twin panel radiator and additionally an electric heater.
