" A traditional 3 bedroomed bay fronted semi built in the 1950's in an enviable position next to a field and in a cul-de sac. The property which is UPVC double glazed (except the lounge French doors) also has gas- fired central heating, a concrete garage and a southerly facing rear garden. No chain.

Ground Floor Entrance Via a hardwood door, with a double glazed window at the side leading into the:- Hallway Heated by a single panel radiator, leads via a bi-folding door into the kitchen and flush doors both into the dining room and the lounge. Lounge 15'4 x 11'3 (4.67m x 3.43m) A spacious room which is heated by a single panel radiator and a gas living flame fire which is set in a stone fireplace.
