The house is located in West Drayton on a quiet street (9 Blackthorn Avenue), close to all local amenities, 20 minutes walk from Elizabeth Line (very good connection to Central London, Ealing, Paddington,etc.) and 10 minutes walk from school. Also good access to Heathrow Airport, M4, M25.

It comes with a small front garden with a big magnolia, driveway for two cars and access to the back garden which is about 200 sqm.

At the ground level is a hallway that leads to the living room with a view to the front garden and big sliding doors towards the back garden. From the living room is access to the kitchen which has access to the back garden as well. If one wants it is easy to make a big open space kitchen-dining area. From the hallway is access to a small WC and meters cupboard. Also, the hallway leads to the stairs which give access to the first floor where you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with an ash wooden floor and a bathroom which has a second toilet and underfloor heating. All the ground floor has floor tiles.
