" Much larger than average extended two bedroom house well placed for access to motorway network

DESCRIPTION
An opportunity to purchase an extended and much larger than average two bedroom end of terrace house situated about one mile from the town centre. The property, which was originally a 3 bedroom house, (believed to be about 20 years old) was extended in 2001/2 to the ground floor and modified at first floor level to form two good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. The accommodation on the ground floor comprises an entrance lobby, imposing 'L' shaped living room, generous 'L' shaped fitted kitchen (including appliances) and dining area with double door to garden & archway opening to living room.
