A blank canvas with potential for rear extension subject to planning and is within a five minute walk of Northolt Park Overground Station. With potential for off street parking to the front we are expecting high volumes of interest so book your viewing now.

DETAILS THE PROPERTY The hardwood entrance door and opens into the hallway with stairs to the first floor. The hallway gives the house a spacious feel and provides access to the through lounge and the kitchen. Under stairs storage space could easily be converted to a cloakroom while it is currently housing meters and a consumer unit. LOCATION This quiet residential road is fantastically set up for excellent schooling and superb transport links. You could not be better set up for access to Central London with Northolt Park Overground Station approximately a five minute walk away providing access to Marylebone within approximately 15 minutes as well as a shorter journey to Wembley Stadium and The London Designer Outlet. Northolt Central Line is a similar distance and offers a quick journey through west London and in to the City.

In terms of Bus Routes the 140 runs from the nearby Whitton Avenue West and provides great access to Heathrow Airport. The 282 runs past Northolt Central Line Station and services both Ealing and Mount Vernon Hospital.

In terms of local schools Petts Hill Primary School is located within a ten minute walk as is Wood End Infant school which are both very highly regarded. Northolt High is around three quarter of a mile from the property.   "
