" Substantial semi detached house boasting a large full width conservatory to the rear and with potential to extend subject to planning. With a 90 foot rear garden the house is full of potential and is priced to sell.

DETAILS LOCATION Halsbury Road East is a residential road which runs between Wood End Gardens and Russell Road, conveniently located for Northolt Park Mainline station and approximately 2/3rds of a mile walking distance from South Harrow Tube station. There are also several bus routes along Whitton Avenue West and Petts Hill, approximately half a mile from the property. Greenwood Primary School is within walking distance.  

THE PROPERTY The front of the property has a large aluminium double glazed porch providing access to the front door. As you enter the hallway there is a fitted cupboard to the right hand side and understairs storage space housing the meters. To the left of the hallway you access the spacious through lounge. THE OUTSIDE The front garden has shared driveway access and potential to pave over for off street parking subject to permissions. Parking is currently unrestricted on the road. The top of the shared driveway provides access to the garage and the garden can be accessed by a gate.

The rear garden has a substantial paved are and vegetable patch of the rear of the house. Past the garage there is a substantial lawn area and the garden measures in at around 90 foot.  "
