" This property is a brand new, semi-detached house with off street parking for two cars. It has been finished to a very high, modern, standard and has low allergy, solid, flooring on both the ground and first floor. There is direct access through large French doors from the living room into the private, south facing, rear garden which is laid to grass with a patio and flower boarders. The kitchen is separate and is furnished with a gas hob, electric oven, granite work surface, sink and drainer, fridge and freezer. On the ground floor is also a 'wet room' with hand basin and w/c and an additional room which could be used as a dining room or 4th bedroom. The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom, furnished as a shower room. There are two doubles and a childs room which could be used as an office. There is loft access for easy storage.
