" The name Linthwaite conjures up images of a quaint cottage brimming with charm and character. This being the case, you will not be disappointed for this lovely home retains its character whilst having been extensively and sympathically modernised with modern day comforts including under floor heating, re-wiring and refitment of the kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom. The entrance hall provides a welcoming entrance with storage and a useful guest cloakroom.
