" A charming 3 bedroom detached riverside bungalow of traditional construction situated on a large mature plot fronting the Tow Path enjoying panoramic southerly views over the river Thames

DETAILS Midhurst is a traditionally constructed brick built bungalow, under a tiled pitched roof relieved by hardwood framed double glazed windows and doors. The property was built for our clients in 1981 and offers bright and airy accommodation. It has been well maintained and updated in recent years with the replacement of the gas fired central heating boiler and the installation of cavity wall and loft insulation. The L-shaped lounge/dining room has patio doors to the front affording panoramic views over this picturesque stretch of the River Thames between Shepperton Lock and its weir. To the rear is a useful sun lounge with steps leading down into the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of hardwood fronted units incorporating glazed display cabinets and inset with an electric hob with a double width cooker hood over and a separate electric double oven to the side. Provision has been made for a dishwasher and upright fridge/freezer. The bedrooms and bathroom are separated from the main living accommodation by a central hall and all three bedrooms have a range of built-in wardrobes. The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with a modern 3-piece white suite. In addition there is a separate WC. Outside: The rear garden is an attractive feature with an open rear aspect and a backdrop of mature trees. The garden extends to approximately 60ft x 50ft being extensively laid to lawn with established mature shrubs, evergreen and deciduous trees, including apple and pear. To the front, the garden is open plan with a lawn bordered by neatly kept beds and a double width driveway leading to a 33'8' attached garage. "
