" This delightful family home was originally built in 1960, subsequently extended to the front to give a large living room and a conservatory to the rear leading off the kitchen. There have been numerous other improvements and subtle alterations including the addition of a useful covered utility area, an en-suite to the rear bedroom, sealed unit double glazing, updating of the wiring and replacement of the flat roofs. The home is set on an east/west axis that floods the rooms with natural light through its large double glazed picture windows. The spacious living room has a large bow window and has an attractive fireplace fitted with a gas/coal effect fire. The kitchen/breakfast room has been fitted with a range of oak fronted units inset with a gas hob, canopied cooker hood, electric double oven, dishwasher and integrated fridge/freezer. This flows into the conservatory that is a lovely room opening onto the garden and has plumbing for laundry appliances.
