" This 3 bedroom home was purchased by the current owners from new and proved to be the ideal home to bring up the family, with its well proportioned accommodation complimented by a 78? westerly backing rear garden. It is conveniently located within an easy stroll of local shops, bus routes and Saxon junior school. Shepperton village, with its bustling High Street and rail station, is within 1 mile. Today, it has all the makings of a lovely home and whilst some improvements have been made including the installation of a modern gas fired central heating boiler, shower and a replacement double glazed window, it now requires modernisation and offers excellent scope for extension, subject to the usual consents. To the ground floor a square entrance hall leads through to the double aspect lounge/dinner, which is a light and sunny room set on an east/west axis. The kitchen is fitted to a basic standard and over looks the garden. To one side are a deep under stairs storage cupboard and a door to the covered side passage.
