" This is the first time that this home has been brought to the market since its construction in 1939 and it still retains many of its original features including the fireplaces and joinery. Some improvements have been made including re-wiring, the installation of sealed unit double-glazing and the adaptation and refitment of the outside gardener's toilet to form an internal ground floor cloakroom. Today the house requires further modernisation and is ripe for extension. Unusually for the period, all three bedrooms can accommodate double beds and the kitchen is quite square. Outside: One of the main features is the rear garden that extends to approximately 160' being mainly laid to lawn inset with a mature apple and conifer tree and to the side is a wide gated access.
