This three bedroom semi detached house was built in 1957, and has been renovated throughout. All of the rooms are in a good state of contemporary decor, with some only recently having been redecorated. Available for a minimum of twelve months, possible extendible to 18 months to two years, on a renewable 3 monthly lease.

The house is accessed from the road via a wide concrete cobbled drive, which has sufficient space to park three small cars, or two larger cars. A double glazed uPVC door leads to a brick porch (3'10" x 4'6") with double glazed windows.

The porch has a side cupboard (2'8" x 3'7") with a wooden louvred door. The cupboard has a number of shelves and coat hanging rail. A 13A socket is provided. The porch leads to a second double glazed uPVC door into the Entrance Hall.

The Entrance Hall is 11'6" x 5'8", and has a wooden floor. A small under stairs cupboard contains the electricity and gas meters. The hall has a fitted radiator .The Hall leads to:
