In one of Lower Sunbury?s best and quietest roads just 120m from the river, this large bungalow with a bright 'holiday' feel has a huge conservatory. As the conservatory is the full width of the house with an internal glass divider, it can be split into a dining room and a play area, so most people have in effect 3 reception rooms.

The large sunny garden faces southwest and is not overlooked, ideal for sitting quietly or for children to play. There are 3 bedrooms (two large 14' doubles both with new carpets and a 12' large single/small double), a large 18' pleasant lounge with inglenook fireplace and a big porch for pushchairs, shoes and coats. There is a connecting door between the larger double and the single room, ideal for babies or to use the space as a dressing room. This doorway can be removed if required by the tenant.

The designer "white on white" style kitchen and bathroom have been installed under 3 years ago. As part of the complete refurbishment, the house was replumbed with new radiators and Bosch combi boiler. There is a laminate floor in the lounge, hall, lobby and smaller bedroom. A Sky satellite dish has been installed. 75 Mb/s broadband and cable are available in the road.

Whilst unfurnished, two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Dishwasher, washing machine, no-frost fridge and freezer, tumble dryer and Smeg cooker provided.  There is a garage for the car or storage and ample off street parking.

This house is on what is normally considered to be the better side of Sunbury Cross roundabout and the M3 so that Lower Sunbury village with its riverside pubs, restaurants, coffee shop and supermarket are just 5 minutes walk away. There is no through traffic in Darby Crescent and no traffic noise, unlike The Avenue and Green Street.

This house has good access to Sunbury and Hampton stations, Hampton station is zone 6. It is 5 minutes drive away and there is easy free on-street parking there. There are bus stops 3 minutes away for Kingston, Hampton, Sunbury Cross, the Tesco Superstore and Staines. The house partly backs on to Beauclerc school, which can be walked to without crossing a road, and yet as the school is on French Street, there is no traffic from the school. Beauclerc infant and nursery school catchment area.

Tenancies from 6 months to long term considered and offers considered.
