" Lovely 2 Bedroom Maisonette / Flat with Garden & Loft (Unfurnished). Hounslow / Feltham / London Property is available from 27th September and viewings will not begin any time before this. A lovely 2 bedroom first floor maisonette in excellent condition, with gas central heating and double glazing. Additionally it has a hallway, very good size living room and a bathroom. The property has accessible loft space for plenty of storage, and has a lovely private garden at the rear of the property. Garden has a newly installed strong wooden garden shed. The property is situated conveniently for the local shops, including a Tesco express being within 10 minutes walking distance. Larger supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsburys) are also nearby (2 bus stops away). Hanworth Leisure Centre is within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a very good bus service in the area with bus services 285, 490, X26, H25 available within a few minutes walk, with others a little further away. Feltham train station is just under a mile away, Hounslow Central tube station on Piccadilly line roughly 2.5 miles. A316 is less than 5 minutes drive away, leading to the M3 and so to M25. The location is well located for getting to Ashford, Brentford, Feltham, Heathrow, Hounslow, Kingston upon Thames, Richmond, Staines and Twickenham to name some nearby areas. The pictures show the property as furnished, but other than a washing machine, a fridge freezer and a wardrobe in the main bedroom the property comes UNFURNISHED. I can offer further furnishing as per your requirements but this would be at an increased rental cost. References WILL be required and WILL be validated. A credit check will be taken out.
