" A substantial and generously proportioned period house with forecourt garden to the front and good sized rear garden with access from the rear. The property is in a good location, a short walk from the tree lined and historic Norton High Street with its Green and wide range of facilities. The property has the potential to create fantastic family accommodation but requires renovation and modernisation. The good sized accommodation includes an entrance lobby with a period lincrusta, good sized living room with bay window, dining room, family sized kitchen with pantry and bathroom/w.c. On the first floor are three excellent bedrooms and separate w.c. off the half landing. The property includes many original or period features including sash windows, ceiling cornices, lincrusta in the lobby and hallway and the tiled flooring in the lobby. There is a fine open fireplace in the living room and in the two double bedrooms, period cast iron fireplaces.
