Being renovated in 2011 it now has solid oak tred spiral staircase a lovely oak kitchen with gloss black worktops built in gas hob and fan assisted oven and built in fridge, solid oak flooring ,also Hillary's wood Venicean blinds finish off the look of the downstairs, it is very much a minimalistic modern home with that homely feel making it a very cosey place to be. upstairs there is a sliding glass door to the bedroom that has 2 windows and a built in wardrobe and space for an additional wardrobe like the 1 you see in the picture should you need extra storage. the bedroom has roller blinds in the 2 windows. the bathroom is filly tiled from floor to ceiling and a modern sweet , a p shape bath and a towel rail make this bathroom very smart and comfortable to use. finally for extra storage the loft is boarded out so things can be stored up there and there is also an external cupboard under the small canopy at the front door that houses a small freezer that will also be left with the property.
