" This Extended semi detached family home offers a good size living space that also offers an opportunity of furthering with the necessary consents. The property is nicely positioned with a south facing rear and is close to local amenities and transport links (A66). The accommodation includes: Entrance hallway, dining room which is open plan with the lounge and a good size fitted kitchen. The first floor has three good size bedroom and the back bedroom has drop down ladder to a very useful loft space.
