Our View

The property is accessed on the first floor in to the hall of the apartment which in turn allows access to the remainder of the apartment. There is a a gas hob with extractor fan over and electric oven, integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. The wall mounted boiler has been replaced. There are two windows overlooking the front of the building and a well proportioned dining area.
The master bedroom overlooks the front for the building and has an en suite with double shower cubicle, WC, sink and towel rail.
The second bedroom has views over the gardens. The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, sink and WC.
Externally the property has an allocated parking space and visitor parking along with well maintained gardens with lawn, plants, shrubs and patio areas.
