Our View

This attractive cottage is set in a purpose built, well maintained development off the High Street and the the side of the front door there is a use full storage cupboard. The property is accessed into the entrance hall with the kitchen breakfast room the the right overlooking the front of the property. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and floor units with an integrated fridge freezer, electric cooker point, plumbing for an automatic washing machine and the wall mounted boiler.
To the rear of the property is the well proportioned lounge with under stairs cupboard and twin glazed doors leading to the enclosed rear garden.
To the first floor the landing has access to the loft space and airing cupboard and gives access to the remainder of the accommodation. The master bedroom is located to the rear of the property with built in wardrobes and bedrooms 2 and 3 to the front both with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is to the rear with a white suite.
Externally there is the enclosed rear garden mainly laid to gravel for easy maintenance with a garden shed. The gate then lead to the two use full allocated parking spaces. As the property is offered with no chain early viewing is advised.
