Picton is a small village located on the periphery of Yarm with a popular public house and is surrounded by countryside with views towards the Cleveland Hills in the distance.

There is an electric hob with extractor fan over and built in double oven along with a 1.5 bowl sink unit. The kitchen leads to the lobby and also the breakfast room via an archway. The breakfast room enjoys the garden views also. The lobby off the kitchen has an access to the front of the property, cloak room WC and internal access to the garage. The master bedroom has a fitted cupboard and enjoys panoramic views over the garden and to the side has an en suite with corner shower cubicle, WC and sink unit.Bedrooms two and three also have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is located to the front with a white suite with a separate WC along side. Externally the property has an enclosed front garden with mature and attractive flower boarders. Travel out of Yarm High Street travelling south and continue onto The Spital and then Thirsk Road. At the roundabout travel straight over onto the A67. Follow the road past Kirklevington and towards the A19. Before reaching the A19 turn offs take the turning on the right sign posted to Picton. The property is in the centre of the village on the left.
