Location    Kingsley Court is a popular residential area in the Cornish village of Fraddon. Fraddon benefits from local amenities including a Co-Op, small shops, public houses, filling station and excellent transport links by the way of the A30 bypass, which is approximately 0.5 miles from the village. Newquay, the main attachment town is approximately 9 miles from the property and offers a range of shopping, schooling and banking facilities as well as having an array of fashionable bars, nightclubs and restaurants.
