Situated in a tucked away cul-de-sac at the top of Towan Blystra this detached dormer style bungalow offers everything for modern day families. The decor and floor coverings are neutral and good quality, there is gas central heating powered by a combi boiler with uPVC double glazing throughout. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with oak flooring, to a large, beautifully presented lounge/diner with picture window to the front and patio doors to the rear. The kitchen/breakfast room benefits from a range of beech effect units with dishwasher, electric hob, oven and integrated fridge, having sliding doors to the conservatory which is a great additional space.
