LOCATION    Polwhele Road is situated approximately two miles from Newquay town centre. Newquay offers a range of shopping, schooling and banking facilities as well as having an array of fashionable bars, nightclubs and restaurants. There is a bus and railway service to outlying areas and Newquay airport is approximately seven miles from the town centre.
