" This apartment is on the third floor with private balcony looking across Newquay to the sea. Marina Court is an established development with a resident House Manager. This development has lifts to all floors, residents lounge, guest suite and a laundry room. This is a McCarthy and Stone managed retirement home for people over 60 years of age.
