" An extended detached family home with three good double bedrooms, south facing garden and great Gannel Estuary views.

30 Penmere Drive is situated in a fantastic family location in the much sought after Pentire, with south facing gardens and wonderful views of the Gannel Estuary, also within walking distance of the world famous Fistral Beach. This property really does have everything modern families could want. The accommodation is particularly spacious for a three bedroom owing to a two storey extension, which gives the property three very good size double bedrooms, the largest of which has a fantastic walk through dressing area and dual aspect windows, with all three bedrooms benefiting from wonderful Gannel Estuary views. The extension is also evident on the ground floor with a useful downstairs toilet and separate utility with study. The living room which extends across the back of the property is an excellent size at 25ft. This in turn gives access to a south facing conservatory looking over the gardens.
