" A modern ground floor apartment looking directly out over Fistral beach, offering light & airy accommodation, gardens, superb swimming pool facilities and stunning sea and coast views.

Situated in a fantastic position with direct far reaching sea views over the world famous Fistral Beach and north coastline, is this very modern, ground floor one bedroom apartment.  At the front there are  enclosed south facing decked gardens.  The entrance hallway has various useful fitted storage cupboards, with access to a front aspect double bedroom. The bathroom has a  three piece white suite with tiling, shower over the bath, chrome towel rail and large fitted mirror.  The main reception room is an open plan 19ft lounge, kitchen and diner, with a full height and width sliding patios door looking out over the communal swimming pool and fistral beach, offering a stunning vantage.  This reception room has a kitchen area with light wood units, solid wood worktops and spaces for a range of utilities including range style oven, washing machine etc.  There is a canopy extractor and breakfast bar area as well as a fitted cupboard housing a combi boiler for hot water and central heating.  The property also has uPVC double glazing throughout.  From the sliding patio doors  there is access to an elevated small enclosed deck, which looks out over the swimming pool and beautiful view.  The swimming pool complex consists of two pool areas as well as sauna and changing facilities and is heated.  Fistral Court also has off street residents parking.  Fistral Court Management Company  are responsible for the maintenance of the communal areas including the pool.  The service charge is £120 per month and this  includes buildings insurance.  In our opinion this has one of the best sea views of Fistral you are likely to find for the money.  NO CHAIN, VIEWING ESSENTIAL.
