Situated just over one mile from the popular Roseland Beaches of Pendower & Carne and standing on a corner plot approximately three hundred yards from the village centre, a well presented, two bedroomed detached bungalow with conservatory, garage and gardens.

LOCATION    Considered to be one of the prettiest of all the Roseland villages, Veryan has the famous Round Houses together, with the attractive water gardens, church, school and shop/post office which caters for day to day requirements.

.    The area is noted for its breathtaking coastal scenery and walks with the superb sandy beaches at Carne and Pendower which are approximately one and a half miles distance. For the keen sailor, the excellent day sailing waters on the Carrick Roads and Fal Estuary are available from the larger village of St Mawes, some eight miles distance. St Mawes offers a larger selection of individual shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and a regular passenger ferry service to the port of Falmouth.
