A spacious, four bedroomed, semi-detached Victorian house plus double garage, which is located in the highly sought-after location just set back from the waterfront, above Tatum's Beach, and enjoying outstanding panoramic sea and coastal views and located approximately 400 yards from Porthcurnick Beach.

Location    Portscatho needs no introduction to those familiar with the Roseland Peninsula being one of the most popular villages in the area, with its delightful small harbour, lovely coastal walks right on the doorstep and day-to-day shopping facilities, including a mini-market/newsagent, post office, butcher's, public house and restaurant. In addition, there are several art galleries plus an arts and craft shop. There is also a doctor's surgery approximately 400 yards distant. The Cathedral City of Truro is approximate 17 miles distant, less via the King Harry car ferry.

.    The popular sailing resort of St Mawes, approximately 1.5 miles distant, is where some of the finest day-sailing facilities in the country can be found, on the Percuil River and Carrick Roads. From St Mawes there is also a regular passenger service to the port of Falmouth, together with two banks, restaurants, inns and hotels. Percuil Boatyard is approximately 3 miles distant.
