6 Grove Cottages is a delightful mid terraced period cottage located in the heart of Ladock and within a short walk of the Falmouth Arms public house, parish church, primary school, shop and post office. The cottage has been extended during our clients ownership creating a larger kitchen with ample room for dining. On the first floor are two double bedrooms and family bathroom. An internal viewing is absolutely essential. Ladock is a pretty village which centres around the church and offers a shop, a public house and a primary school. Probus is a short distance away with further everyday local facilities. The Roseland is within easy reach and offers superb beaches and interesting shops and restaurants at St. Mawes. The Cathedral City of Truro 7 miles distant provides a wide variety of shops, restaurants, art galleries, educational and sporting facilities.
