Portreath is a village, civil parish and fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall. The village is spread along a stream valley away from the beach, clinging to both slopes, towards the main centre around the harbour and parade of shops, about 300 metres from the seafront. It is predominantly a centre for holiday makers seeking sand and surf especially on high tide.

DIRECTIONS:
From the A393 south of Redruth, take the first exit at the Sandy Lane roundabout to South Downs. Follow the road for 1.4 miles as it becomes Southgate Street, Falmouth Road, Chapel Street and Tolgus Hill. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Tolgus Place and follow for 0.2 miles. Continue on the B3300/ New Portreath Road for 3.4 miles. Turn right into Greenfield Terrace, then turn right again at the โ€œTโ€ junction, Lamorna Court is on the right.

GENERAL:
Lamorna Court is a two bedroom apartment in purpose built block 250 yards east of the village square and comprises of; a fitted kitchen, living room and bathroom. The property benefits from electric heating, full double glazing and has allocated parking.

APPROACH:
The apartment can be approached directly from Greenfield Terrace on foot. Parking is behind the building and is reached though a passage way adjacent to the property. The parking spaces are clearly marked.

The bathroom has a white suite comprising: low level WC with wall mounted cistern, pedestal wash hand basin and a shower cubical with Gainsborough electric shower over. The room is fully tiled, with heated towel rail and there is extraction.
