" LOCATION:
Redruth is a small commercial town, with a population recorded in 2001 of 12,352. A museum organised by the Old Cornwall Society is housed in the Town Council office at the bottom of the main street.
Redruth is also home to Carn Brea, which has historical interest. Key shops and other outlets within the town centre include a multi-screen cinema, a covered market way, the Cornish Studies Centre, an old butter market, various antique shops, a second hand book shop and two supermarkets. Off the main high street (Fore Street), there are two separate specialist shopping areas, Bond Street (to the south of the railway station) and Green Lane to the north.
Kennedy Close is situated between Redruth and Pool, both having many retail outlets, it also has easy access to the A30 and mainline rail links to London Paddington.

DIRECTIONS:
From the East (A30/A390 Roundabout), head Southwest down the A30 for 3.9 miles and take the exit for Redruth/Porthtowan. Take the first exit at the big roundabout and third exit at the small roundabout onto the A3047, still headed Southwest continue over two roundabouts for 1.4 miles then turn right into Chariot Road, after 0.2 miles turn slightly left onto Higher Broad Lane, 0.5 miles later turn left into Spar Lane. After 0.4 miles turn sharp left onto  Trevelyan Rd 150 yards on go right into Kennedy Close. Turn right, no. 33 is at the end on the right.

GENERAL:
This 3 bed property, would be ideal for a family, having lots of living space, with a through lounge, conservatory and kitchen diner. The bathroom is upstairs with separate toilet. The rear garden is level while the front provides off street parking, a drive past the house leads to a 7.5m long garage.
