" SEMI DETACHED BUNGALOW IN CORNER PLOT AND NON ESTATE LOCATION

THE PROPERTY 1 Trethern Close is a semi detached bungalow situated in a very pleasant location along the main thoroughfare within the village. Although the address suggests the property is within a development, the property is situated in a very pleasant position opposite the primary school in a non estate location. The bungalow occupies a corner plot where there is parking for two vehicles as well as a single garage, whilst the gardens are level with decking and lawn. The accommodation currently comprises; entrance hall, sitting room/dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. The bungalow is beautifully presented throughout with central heating and double glazed windows. TROON Troon is conveniently located in a central position within the west of the county. The village offers a primary school, village shop with post office, fish and chip shop, hairdressers, local Boots pharmacy, pub, Troon Motors for car repairs and Methodist chapel. Troon is situated approximately 1.5 miles south-east of Camborne which is a large town, with good access to the A30 for Truro, East and West Cornwall. The town offers a wide range of amenities including schools, Cornwall College, supermarkets, public houses and a main line railway to London Paddington. The North Coast beaches of Porthtowan, Portreath, Godrevy and Gwithian are all within a short drive. HISTORY There were once important copper and tin mines near Troon, including the Grenville Mines. Wheal Grenville began to be worked in the 1820s though it was not productive until the 1850s, at which time the South and East mines were worked independently. In 1906 these mines were united with South Condurrow to form the Grenville United Mines and continued until 1920. The mineral Condurrite is a compound mineral named after the Great Condurrow Mine at Troon. The King Edward Mine is still situated on the outskirts of the village on the Carn Brea Road. Troon is in the parish of Treslothan which was divided from the parish of Camborne in 1845. In greater detail the accommodation comprises (all measurements are approximate):
