" LOCATION:
Camborne is located in North Cornwall and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world. With a mainline station and easy access  to the recently improved A30 transport links to the rest of the UK are good (trains to Paddington take around 5 hours without the need to change).

DIRECTIONS: 
From Camborne Railway Station, head Northwest on Trevu Road for 100 yards. Turn right and continue for 1.2 miles then turn right.
No 15 is after 100 yards on the left. Park up in front of the feather board fence marked No 15.

GENERAL:
Maynes Row is an attractive three bedroom terraced house with many traditional features and modern comforts. Situated a mile from Camborne town centre and comprising; lounge, fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom and studio. There is parking for two cars, a long lawned front garden and yard to the rear.

APPROACH:
Located close to pool near the end of a quiet lane, No. 15 can be approached from the west by vehicle, where there is parking at the end of the front garden, or from the east on foot through the yard into the kitchen.

LOUNGE:  5.22m by 3.33m   17'2" x 10'11"

The main bedroom has a wall of mirror wardrobes, a double glazed window to the front elevation, a radiator and is finished with skirting boards.

BEDROOM 3:  2.60m by 2.19m   8'6" x 7'2"
Bedroom 3 currently used for storage, would make an ideal nursery or office, being warmed by a radiator, having a double glazed window to the front elevation and having a built in cupboard.
