Camborne is located in North Cornwall and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world.
Camborne’s regeneration includes 2 major mixed use developments as part of up to 2500msq of mixed office provision, a further 10,000msq of industrial floor space, three housing developments, as well as other civic improvements.

DIRECTIONS: 
From the A30 East of Camborne, head West down the A30. Take the ramp off at the A3047 signposted to Pool, Camborne and Portreath, Keep left then turn right at the double roundabout onto A3047 East Hill. After 0.3 miles turn right onto North Roskear Road, after another 0.3 miles turn right into North Roskear Meadow. Vyvyans Court is on the right and Pendarves House is on the right as you enter the development.

GENERAL: 
Flat 5 Pendarves House is a modern one bedroom apartment, situated on the ground floor. It is very well presented with a designer shower room, large living room, fitted Kitchen area, double bedroom, an outside seating area and parking.

APPROACH:
Vyvyans Court is a recent development of one and two Bedroom apartments in three buildings, residents have parking permits and there are CC TV cameras in operation. Pendarves House is on the right, take the second door and  use the entry phone system to gain admission.
