" LOCATION:
Camborne is located in North Cornwall and has a population of over 20,000. Originally just a village until transformed by the mining boom in the late eighteenth century which saw the Camborne and Redruth district become the richest mining area in the world. With a mainline station and easy access  to the recently improved A30 transport links to the rest of the UK are good (trains to Paddington take around 5 hours without the need to change).
Barripper is a quiet village one and a half miles South West of Camborne, less than five minutes drive from the bus and train stations.
The popular Gwithian Beach on St Ives Bay, is about 5 miles (a 10 min drive) North West of Barripper.


DIRECTIONS:
From Camborne Railway Station, head northwest on Trevu Road towards the B3303 (south Terrace). Turn left and follow South Terrace (B3303) for 0.4 miles. Turn right at Barripper Road and follow for 0.7 miles, turning slightly left at Fore Street. After 0.2 miles turn right into Penvale Close. Go down the close to the “T” junction and turn left, No 19 is at the end on the left.

GENERAL:
Penvale Close is an attractive 3 bedroom detached bungalow in good decorative order situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet rural village location. The accommodation comprises; Hall, Lounge, Dining Area, Fitted Kitchen , Family Bathroom and three Bedrooms.
