Trewhellas Cottage is a beautiful five bedroom family home set in a wonderful private location approximately four miles from the market town of Helston. The property has the benefit of three exceptionally well presented holiday letting cottages with one of them having full residential use. The current vendors have been running the very successful holiday letting business in recent years and have balanced the layout of the property with private areas for the main house and each of the holiday lets very well. The main house itself has a seamless blend from the two original buildings joined together with the new to create a fabulous five bedroom family home with two receptions rooms, study and stunning kitchen with double height ceiling which is a real feature of the property. Location Trewhellas Cottage is situated within approximately one mile from the rural hamlet of Polladras and provides excellent access to the market town of Helston and the harbour town of Penzance. Porthleven is situated approximately five miles away and offers a range of local restaurants, local inns and shops, along with the historic fishing harbour. The popular beaches of Praa Sands, Keneggy Cove and Prussia Cove are also a short drive away.
