At the next mini roundabout by the industrial estate continue straight on and then turn right at the next roundabout into Hellescoth Way. At the mini roundabout turn right, then straight through the next two. You will then find Forth Gwedhen on the left hand side. Letting This property is available to rent long term on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Rent is ?895pcm and the deposit is ?995 refundable at the end of the tenancy less any agreed deductions.
